Jack Kirby was a pioneer and legend in the comic book world. A phenomenal artist and writer, Mr. Kirby was the co-creator, along with the immortal Stand Lee, of classic bad asses such as: Fantastic Four, X-Men, and the Incredible Hulk.
After leaving Marvel Comics for DC Comics he went on to create the now immortal New Gods of the Fourth World (Orion, Darkseid - THE DARKSEID!)
Oh, he also is the sole creator of a little known superhero called, Captain America. Look him up sometime. Really cool super hero.
